5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Rebzu agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado for any disputes arising out of these Terms.

6. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Denver County, Colorado, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Your continued use of Rebzu constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

By using Rebzu, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Upload viruses or malicious code.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
