DMCA Takedown Policy

Rebzu respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you believe in good faith that your work has been infringed, send a written notice containing the following elements to our DMCA Agent (above):

1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification (by URL or other precise location) of the infringing material on Rebzu.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is unauthorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

1. Your full legal name, address, and email.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Denver County, Colorado if outside the U.S.).
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notices to the same DMCA Agent contact above. We will restore the material within 10 business days unless the original complainant obtains a court order to restrain you.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Rebzu will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. Modifications

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted here.
